Nonviolent Direct Action Training - North Seattle

This summer, we have seen increasing attacks against our migrant neighbors, queer and trans neighbors, and continued (in)action by our elected leaders in support of the war on Gaza. As people of faith and conscience, we have a moral imperative to live out our shared values in the public square. At times, this means we will need to take risks to bend the arc of the universe toward justice. Join us for this nonviolent direct action training to get prepared to be a confident nonviolent presence when communities hardest hit are calling for faith allies to show up!

Our final training in this series is this coming Saturday, August 16 at 10 AM in North Seattle (location will be shared the day before the event). This training is co-sponsored by the Church Council, Valley & Mountain Fellowship, and Lavender Rights Project. If you can't make this one, stay tuned for future trainings, including Sunday options!
