The Detention Lottery

Join us on Sunday, September 7 at 4 PM (doors open at 3:30 PM) at Seattle First UMC for a one-hour production of The Detention Lottery to bring awareness to the realities of migrant detention in our country; the hidden costs of detaining migrants to our democracy and to our communities; and the effect on millions of US citizens and permanent residents, including millions of children, of our immigration enforcement system. Following the production there will be a 45-minute talk back.

Ticket proceeds will benefit the Church Council’s Fondo de Grupo.
