The Church Council operates seven different programs that support the mission of local congregations and provide human services in the areas of homelessness, youth development, mental health and compassionate care.

Friend to Friend matches caring volunteers with residents in more than 220 nursing homes, retirement communities and assisted living centers in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties.

HomeStep serves families, single men and women and youth as they journey out of homelessness on the road to a home of their own.  We address the root causes of homelessness through skill building and family support to increase income, self sufficiency and stability for a much brighter future.

Mission for Music and Healing performs music and offers other healing activities in hospital wards to help patients and families who are coping with serious illness.

The Rauschenbusch Center for Spirit and Action, honors the legacy of the Rev. Walter Rauschenbusch, the father of the social gospel in America, by providing theological curricula and programs to reinvigorate the spirit of the social gospel in the life of the local church.

Sharehouse is a furniture bank serving families and individuals, who have been homeless, through member agencies .

Sound Youth AmeriCorps harnesses the energy of AmeriCorps volunteers to create tutoring and after-school programs for children in low-income and immigrant communities.
