Seattle Youth Garden Works (SYGW), a program of The Church Council of Greater Seattle, is a market-garden based employment program for youth (ages 14-21) who are experiencing poverty, homelessness or other significant challenges in Seattle. The Development Manager is responsible for the planning, research, management and implementation of a comprehensive fund development program and marketing communications in conjunction with the SYGW Director and Advisory Board of SYGW.
